Common questions
My progress, coins, or skins are missing
Our games save your progress to an anonymous account tied to your device. If your progress didn't carry over — for example, after reinstalling or switching devices — email us at hello@zeon.holdings and we'll do our best to help restore it.
I want to delete my account and data
You can request deletion of your game account and associated data at any time. Write to hello@zeon.holdings from the device you play on, or describe your account, and we'll take care of it. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we store and how.
I found a bug or have feedback
We genuinely want to hear it. Send the details to hello@zeon.holdings — bug reports and ideas both help us make the games better.
A purchase or coins didn't appear
If something you bought or earned didn't show up, email us with your device, the date, and what you expected, and we'll look into it.
