This Privacy Policy describes how Zeon Holdings LLC ("Zeon," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit our website at zeon.holdings or use the platforms operated by Zeon and its affiliated brands — Onyx, Aví, Veem Games, and Zeon Consulting (collectively, the "Services").
We are a family-owned holding company built on the principle that personal data is a stewardship, not a resource. We collect only what we need, keep it only as long as we need to, and we do not sell it.

Information from our platforms
Each Zeon platform (Onyx, Aví, Veem Games, Zeon Consulting) has its own data practices specific to its function. Where a platform collects data beyond what is described here, that platform's in-product privacy notice will describe the additional practices and link back to this Policy.
Veem Games — Kick-Off Arcade & Plop Dance
Our games, including Kick-Off Arcade and Plop Dance, are made to be played without asking you to hand over your identity. We do not require a name, email address, or social login to play. When you first open a game, we create an anonymous account identified only by a randomly generated ID, which lets us save your progress across sessions.
Within these games we may store:
- An anonymous, randomly generated account identifier (not linked to your name or email)
- A display name you choose and a country or region code, used for in-game presence and leaderboards
- Gameplay data such as scores, in-game currency, unlocked cosmetic items, and preferences
This data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure operated by our hosting and database providers on our behalf. Our games do not show third-party advertising, do not use your information for cross-app or cross-site tracking, and do not sell it. You can request deletion of a game account at any time by writing to hello@zeon.holdings.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our Services
- Respond to your messages and support requests
- Comply with legal obligations
- Protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats

Our Services are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). Where one of our platforms is designed for younger users — for example, Aví's goal-setting features for children — that platform's privacy notice describes the additional protections in place and the parental consent requirements that apply.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take security seriously and update our practices as threats evolve.
